What is it like Studying in the UK?

Many of the world’s top universities are located in The UK. In fact, some of the universities we have partnered with have world rankings as high as #93 (University of Leeds), #45 (University of South Wales) and #29 (University of Manchester).

The UK is a very multicultural society, so you’ll have no trouble fitting in. The United Kingdom has roughly the same population as Thailand, and it is also one of the only other countries to still call itself a kingdom.

How do I get into a UK university?

To study in the UK, you must take many steps. These include:

  • Applying for a visa
  • Getting accepted into a university
  • Paying university fees
  • Finding somewhere to live near your university
  • Making sure you have the right grades

This process can actually be simplified for you by taking one of our IFD programs, a special course where you can study the first year in Chiang Mai, followed by completing your next three years of university in the United Kingdom and obtaining a degree from a prestigious UK university.

For those who would like to get over to the UK more a little more slowly, we also offer a second pathway with the NCC, which means you can spend the first three years studying in Chiang Mai, followed by your fourth and final year in the UK.
